A wide array of aviation operations can be conducted using the CX-3® flight computer, covering tasks such as time calculations, speed determination, distance measurement, heading assessment, wind analysis, fuel consumption estimation, altitude considerations, cloud base examination, standard atmosphere evaluation, glide planning, climb and descent computations, weight distribution assessment, and even holding pattern assistance for entrance methods and detailed holding procedures.
Featuring 12 unit-conversion functions—including categories like Distance, Speed, Duration, Temperature, Pressure, Volume, Rate, Weight, Rate of Climb/Descent, Angle of Climb/Descent, Torque, and Angle—the CX-3® encompasses 38 varied conversion factors addressing over 100 different functions. Additionally, it comes equipped with a calculator functionality and integrated clock, timer, stopwatch, alongside various customizable settings for lighting preferences, theme selections, time zones adjustments and more.
